摘 要:对于我一名青年教师而言如何明确自己的教育方向、科学而理性的设计、实施自己的教育,需要我们通过不断地总结、不断地反思,提炼和升华自己的教育实践。而“反思性教学”作为一种新兴的教育理论与实践,对青年教师的成长有着不可忽视的影响,帮助青年教师培养反思意识和习惯,更好地运用反思方法和反思策略,提高教学能力和教学质量。是“提高青年教师的素质,提升青年教师的执教能力、研究能力”的有效途径。在这一形势下,地理反思性教学,对提高青年教师的素养、构建高效课堂具有很强的理论意义与现实意义。

1导言
美国学者波斯纳曾十分简洁地归纳出教师成长的规律“经验+反思=成长”。而对于青年地理教师就更应该懂得反思性教学研究对个人成长的重要性。曾子也曾说过“吾日三省吾身”。反思性教学研究是人自我觉悟的过程,是自我提升的过程。在当前对于我一名工作不久的青年教师专业发展和教师教育实践扩宽了道路。
1.1问题的提出
1.1.1时下新课标的时代召唤
新一轮课程改革要求教师理解课程、把握课程、创造性地实施新课程,这需要教师积极开展反思性教学,成为反思型教师,而不是课程机械的执行者。可以说,新一轮基础教育课程改革倡导教师进行反思性教学,成为反思性实践者,提高其专业化素质,增强其进一步解读和实施新课程的能力,创造性地实施新课程。
反思性教学有助于青年地理教师对改革形成新的理解和认识,不断提升专业素养,促进自身的专业发展。真正的反思性教学使反思与探究不仅成为教学的新理念,而且成为青年地理教师的专业存在的方式。教学反思有助于教师重新审视自己的经验、价值观和教学论理,塑造青年地理教师的教学哲学和教学理念,从而改进自己的教学实践。
